  Agency collection service means the bank in accordance with the agreement signed with entrusted enterprises, provide business to receive funds according to a list provided by the entrusted enterprises, mainly include collecting water charges, electricity, gas fee, traffic fines, withholding telephone charges, tuition fees, newspaper subscriptions fees, housing fund, rental fees, industrial and commercial management fees, technical supervision fees, the SAFE forfeiture and other administrative charges.

  Agency payment service mean the bank in accordance with the agreement signed with entrusted enterprises, provide business to pay funds according to a list provided by the entrusted enterprises, mainly include salary payment, insurance payment and reimbursement.
