Application Process

  1. Establishment of Account: Please carry the original copy of your company's business license and organization code certificate and the photocopy marked with your common seal. And your common seal and bank specimen seal/stamps are also required.

  2. Register an e-baking account: Ask for related registration documents at KLB counters, including application form, agreement, and agency agreement. You can fill out all the documents with the help of the customer managers at KLB counter.

  3. After the customer decide which version to choose and which service to sign up for and sign the agreement, KLB will set the review role for the system and other roles for the customer.

  3.1 Setting users’ authority: set transaction limit for the e-banking account, such as whether one use is authorized to make remittance or to pay the payroll

  3.2 Operator management: the roles of initiator and reviewer will be assigned to different users. The addition and deletion of users, the addition and deletion of roles for related users and the reset or update of passwords will also be set with this system.

  3.3 Review process management: the review processes of remittance, wealth management and financial accounting will be set with this system.

  3.4 Password envelops printing: the password envelops for each system operator (reviewer included) will be printed.

  4. The system operators will be equipped with KLB EQSecure: an operator’s information will be bound with the digital certificate in the KLB EQSecure, and the EQSecure’s driver will be installed by the customers or the bank IT staff.

  5. The administrator of the system will review the setting mentioned above and then the registration will end. The customer will be enjoying KLB corporate e-banking service.

  6. The e-banking business will be taken care of by the operators from the registered enterprise.
